Reasons to book me as your wedding photographer
I am a professional
Being a professional photographer doesn’t just mean that I have a wealth of experience in capturing weddings but it means that I am fully insured against any eventuality. I have heavily invested into my equipment, I have backups of everything so that if my camera got damaged or failed at a wedding it would not be a problem. I also have a network of other professional photographers if in the unlikely case I am unable shoot your wedding because I am unwell.
Image backups
Talking about backups leads me to talk about how your wedding photographs are kept safe. These are irreplaceable memories, so one of my main responsibilities is to ensure that these photos are securely backed up. I do this by saving the photos to two memory cards simutaneously on each camera. At the end of the day I then back up each memory card to two external hard drives, my laptop SSD and secure cloud storage. So if my house caught on fire and all the hardware was destroyed your wedding photos would still be safe in the cloud. This may seem a bit over the top but like I said, these are irreplaceable memories.
Relaxed presence on the day
Last but not least, I am a very laid back and strive to make your wedding photography experience as stress free as possible. I have often been told that I always have a big smile on my face and bring a lot of positive energy to the wedding. Past couples have told me that they found the pre-wedding photo shoot such a valuable part of the experience as they could get to know me well before the big day and see how relaxed I am and make them feel comfortable in front of the camera
